Booking Terms & Conditions
1. A deposit of £50 is required to confirm bookings
2. This is non refundable if a cancellation is made less than one month prior to arrival.
3. The balance is payable 1 month prior to arrival
4. Arrival / departure day is Saturday - Saturday (unless otherwise requested)
5. Keys available 4pm or after on arrival date
6. Accommodation vacated by 10am on departure date
7. Electricity, heating, linen and towels are included in the price
8. No pets allowed
9. SMOKING IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED!
